This is a Levi's 70507-4858 pre-dyed black denim jacket from 1990.
It's an early model of the 70507, with a long, thin patch.

The condition is excellent overall, with no significant damage. There's a good amount of color remaining, and while there are some minor scuffs, it's in good condition and a beautiful item.
