The lens is in good condition and everything on it works. The vertical and horizontal shifts move smoothly, and the glass is clean except for the tiny spot on the 3rd picture and some minor dust. The only "damage" on the lens is some paint worn off on the bottom locking screw. The lens comes with what I assume are the original caps and rubber lens hood. The hood is still "rubbery" and flexible, so absolutely not crumbling.
I got this lens as part of a big lot of MD glass, and quite frankly, I have no idea how or when to use it. Since it's so rare, it's probably better off in someone's collection or with someone who can put it to use.
