1954 Vintage empty Distillery Bottle with Sunburst cut into glass measures 9 1/2 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches deep. States on the bottom "Federal Law Forbids Sale or Reuse of This Bottle," a phrase required on all liquor bottles sold in the U.S. made between 1935 and 1964 in an effort to prevent unregulated alcohol sales. Distiller #D23, glass maufacturer #101, date stamp 54, plus another notation 3A. The bottle is in excellent condition but has some water staining in the bottom that I did not try to remove. See photos. Art Deco look would make a fun vase, use as a decanter or just to add to a collection.
