Vintage 1980's or 1990's cotton quilting-weight fabric designed by Faye Liverman Burgos for Marcus Brothers Textiles. Pattern is a quite realistic brick & mortar wall in terra-cotta red black & off-white. Excellent unused condition with some storage wrinkles. There is what might be a printing defect across the width of the fabric that's shown in the last picture on the front & back (my finger is pointing at it on the front). It's about a foot away from the edge. It's not too noticeable but priced accordingly.
45 inches wide by 72 inches long (2 yards). I'd prefer to sell this fabric in its entirety but you're welcome to make a reasonable offer for the desired quantity and I will consider cutting it to length.
