I believe this bucket was released for the 2019 holiday season at the parks. It was used on the day I bought it and then for decoration a few years after that. It comes with its original strap. There are two faint light marks on one of the hands- I’m sure it can be removed with a magic eraser- and is pictured. Everything else on it is perfect.
