I purchased a giant VHS lot from a local couple recently & this is one of the tapes from that. There is a slit on the top of the VHS case that is intentional from the former owner, unsure what is for, but they did it to a few of their VHS tapes in this lot. Other than that slit this VHS tape is brand new, sealed & factory wrapped with watermarks visible!
