About the Artist
Erika Oller (c. 1940s–2018) was a California-based illustrator known for whimsical, satirical artwork featuring "cat ladies"—plump, cheerful women and their feline companions. She studied at the National Academy of Design (NYC), UCLA, and Art Center Pasadena. Her work appeared on greeting cards, plates, figurines, and home goods throughout the 1990s-2000s.
