This version of the classic cookbook was edited and revised by Ruth Berolzheimer, Director of Culinary Arts Institute, & released in 1967.
It is in great condition, with only minor wear & tear to the cover & spine.
The exterior pages have some dust spots, & the green speckles you see are printed.
The interior pages are in good condition, with only a handful of stains throughout the book.
No water damage or warping, as it has been stored in our home since being purchased in the 60’s by my grandmother.
Please keep in mind that it is 60+ years old, so it will not be perfect!
