This is a vintage tin of "Nugget" Green Stain Boot Polish and Leather Preservative. It was manufactured in England.
The tin states it contained 47 grammes of product when packed. It rattles so I believe there is still boot polish in it. With my finger arthritis I was unable to open it.
Black mark in the middle of the Trademark is NOT a hole.
Nugget was a major boot and shoe polish manufacturer that was eventually taken over by Reckitt & Colman in 1954. The company was known for its "As used in the Royal Households" slogan.
