To measure blood pressure & pulse:
1. Make sure cuff connector is securely inserted into the side of your blood pressure monitor (a soft "click" may be heard when fully inserted).
2. Slide the cuff onto your arm until the bottom edge is about 1/2" above your elbow. Tighten the cuff until it is snug against your arm, but not too tight.
3. Sit and rest for 5 minutes prior to measurement.
Relax your arm and push power button.
