Never removed from box. Does not currently work-- it probably just needs new batteries, but I can't 100% guarantee he will work even with new batteries, because he is a vintage 25+ year old toy. He is being sold for collectible purposes only, with no guarantee that he will work. The plush itself is in good cosmetic shape. The box shows some wear in spots, mainly along the edges, but it's still pretty good too.
