I do not know the specific release of this doll, but I believe her to be the Licca-chan friend (Mie-chan) from around 2002 or 2003.
She is a Junior High School Friend doll with head mold 9K16.
This doll is wearing a fashionable red dress by Takara. The dress has a very tiny white mark on lower right side.
Her shoes are replacement shoes (no brand / name). She also comes with the accessories shown in the pictures.
