Franklin Mint The Madame Butterfly Music Box Limited Edition La Scala De Milano

This item is a Franklin Mint "The Madame Butterfly Music Box".(1983) “RARE” This is a limited edition Issued by La Scala De Milano on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of Giacamo Puccini's Birth. It stands 4" tall and is about 6.5" across. It has 3 different scenes around the outside and a butterfly on the lid and detailed in 24kt gold. Unfortunately, it does not play music. The knob you turn seems to be stuck. The button that goes up and down does work. ( it’s used to turn the music on and off). This item is used but in great condition, I do not have box or papers for this item. This is a beautiful looking piece and would be a great addition to any collection or decor.
