Good vintage usable condition!
I bought this board in the 1970s, and made several projects on it.
It still has the original plastic around it, stored in for many years.
It is designed to help with macrame projects,
with a grid pattern and instructions for different knots printed on the board.
The board is made of a 1/2" thick porous board.
T-pins will stick in it well.
It is also often referred to as a "knotting board" or "work board".
