Each collar can stretch approximately 1”.
Collars have functional buckles or snaps or they are continuous, meaning it must be slipped over the dog’s head.
My intent is you will always slip all of these styles on over the head.
But some pups have huge skulls! Measure neck & head circumference.
Choose a length which will slip over the dog’s head and slide onto the neck.
