Pokémon Pokeball Togepi Limited Edition Gold Plated 23K Card Pokemon Collectible. Included is a 23K gold plated display card of Togepi, metallic looking pokeball that opens up with stand to display card and the display box. Gold card does have some scratches. The Pokeball opens and closes by holding the white button, must use TLC to do so. Discoloration on the pokeball as shown, the Gold card is in great condition.
