I am the second owner of this dress, I bought off Japan Mercari, I never wore it.
Gorgeous sweet Lolita 3-piece set
The cape is removable, making this a great dress to wear all year round.
The ribbon on the cape is a brooch that can be clip on, but the clip is rusted and broken, it arrived like that when I bought it, other than that I cannot find any other flaws.
I am also including a black petticoat that fits the dress and skirt length. (Headpiece not included)
