Vintage 16-piece Golden Age postcard lot featuring Connecticut, dating to the early 1900s. Locations include New Haven (3), Bridgeport (4), Hadlyme (4), Derby (2), Greenwich (1), Shelton (1), and Waterbury (1).
Scenes include churches, town streets, parks, waterfront views, civic buildings, rail scenes, and scenic river landscapes. Cards are primarily posted with handwritten messages and period postmarks. Postage has been removed, with stamp-box corner loss present. One postcard has damage in the stamp area that goes all the way through the card. Additional age wear may include edge wear, corner rounding, light toning, and surface marks. Images display well overall for age. You will receive the exact postcards shown.
