This is a navy blue formal dress from David's Bridal. It is a halter neck with a long tie. The back has boning so it won't sag. It is a size 6. The sizing guide is 35 inches for the bust, 28.5 inches for the waist, and 38.5 inches for the low hip. The measurements I got were 34 inches for the bust, 28 inches for the waist, 17.5 inches for the bust length including the neck, 44 inches for the skirt length, 61.5 inches for the dress length including the neck, and 27 inches for the slit. It is in good condition. There is slight staining around the bottom making the fabric stiffer.
