Navy blue sheer polka dot blouse by Investments II. This blouse is navy blue with small pink circles and larger white polka dots in the all-over pattern. It has a V neckline with a navy blue band that extends in a panel down the center front. It has 3/4-length roll tab sleeves and a slight high low bottom hem. It is pre-owned with a few loose stitches along the neckline. There is one side of a snap button in the shoulders, suggesting it may have had snap-in shoulder pads or a tank top that is now missing. Otherwise, it is in great condition.
Size 1X. 100% polyester. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, cool iron.
