This charming handmade textile doll is a beautiful representation of traditional folk artistry. The figure depicts a mother holding a small infant on her shoulder, both featuring hand-painted faces and coordinated outfits. The woman is dressed in a striking, multi-colored striped skirt with geometric patterns and a dark floral bodice accented by bright pink cuffs. Her long, black yarn braids are decorated with green and red pom-poms, leading up to a tall, pointed headpiece (similar to a traditional kokoshnik) that completes her cultural attire.
