I wear between an xs and a small and this fits me with even a little extra room. Usually wear a size 2 or 4. Ive added measurements. The pit to pit measurement is under the ruffles. one small white spot on the collar, but ive learned my lesson in trying to remove things new with tags. I dont want to have to wash this item so selling with the mark. My guess is a little water would get this off but i cant say for sure.
