Gorgeous 50s Floral Full Skirt Cocktail Dress

This is a stunning 1950s floral full skirt cocktail dress in a beautiful off white with purple, grey, brown, and blue flowers. Really a work of art and one of a kind. Covered in pink, white, purple iridescent sequins that appear to be added by hand. No tags. Fully lined with netting around the bottom edge. Metal side zip with internal hook and eye closure to support the internal skirt. Made by a highly skilled seamstress. Not sure if it is silk or an acetate- haven’t tried to test it. The only flaw is a tear in a seam under the arm with the zipper. It looks like it had a belt, but that is gone and the loop is broken. With a chest size of 35 inches, waist size of 25 inches, and a size XS/S, this original dress exudes a classic elegance with its tea dress style and shoulder to hem length of 45 inches. Made in the United States, this dress is a timeless piece that would be a perfect addition to any vintage clothing collection.
