This is VINTAGE April Cornell. Did you adore the store back in the day? This would make such a LOVELY mother of the bride dress. The underlayer is solid and pulls over the head with beaded buttons on sleeve. The duster is beaded and ties in the front - it's sleeveless. You could wear it separately from the underlayer if you prefer. Both pieces are new. Tags still attached to the underlayer (that's how it came). 100% rayon.
