This is a cookbook with gorgeous decorations, containing detailed recipes from the Hattori-ryu Iemoto cuisine.
She is the 17th Iemoto of Hattori-ryu Kappo, the chairman of the Hattori Nutritional Cooking Research Association, and a board member of the Gakko Hojin Hattori Gakuen. Born in Tokyo as the eldest daughter of the 15th and 16th Iemoto of Hattori-ryu Kappo, Michimasa and Kiyoko. After studying at culinary schools in France and Switzerland, she became the 17th Iemoto following the death of her predecessor. While teaching at Hattori Gakuen, she is also passionate about promoting olive oil and dried shiitake mushrooms, as well as preserving the global environment. Her older brother is Yukio Hattori, the chairman and principal of the Hattori Nutrition College.
There are minor scratches on the exterior, and yellowing spots on the edges of the book (see image 3).
