This petticoat is perfect for adding that volume underneath your dress or skirt for that vintage look. The waist is elasticated and the top part is a spandex type material so it is stretchy. The waist goes from 60cm (24”) up to 90cm (35.5”). The tiers are made from gathered polyester in a brilliant white.
