Vintage artisan bohemian belt – natural howlite stones, glass beads & silver-plated metal

This is a striking vintage artisan belt from the late 1980s/1990s, handmade in India in the classic oxidized “German silver” style. 🔹 Three large natural howlite stone slabs (white with gray/black veining, cold and heavy to the touch). 🔹 Each stone is set in a silver-plated German silver panel, decorated with stamped floral and beaded motifs. 🔹 The belt body is composed of multiple strands of black glass seed beads, hand-strung for fluid movement and weight. 🔹 Adjustable tie closure — can be worn high at the waist or lower on the hips. 🔹 Heavy and substantial piece (not flimsy costume) weighs noticeably more than most belts. This belt is a true statement accessory, perfect for bohemian styling, festivals, or as a collectible vintage piece. Overall very good vintage condition. Beads and strands intact. Metal shows natural patina and light tarnish consistent with age. One stone has a small chip on the edge (see close-up photo) not distracting when worn, but mentioned for accuracy.
