This skirt is Vintage from the 1980's I think it looks beautiful when worn with fine wool turtleneck sweater. Also would look pretty when worn with high neck or big sleeve blouses and slouchy sweaters. Brand is Rope Picnic Condition is Excellent! Material is 30% wool, 70% polyester. Lining is polyester. Made in probably Japan, as the texts inside are in Japanese. 🔳 Size is 38. Fits best for someone who wears EU S, UK 10 Waist 66 cm, 25.9"the waist is not stretchy!
