98% cotton and 2% elastane vintage 90s jacket. Nice and lightweight for layering in Autumn. Unsure on brand as neck label cut out. Blue with pink, grey and white bold floral pattern. Classic blazer shape with shoulder pads, pockets and button down. Unlined. Size 20 on label but I'd say it's coming up smaller more of a 16-18 so listing as such and please check measurements below.
